The Big Winery is a great winemaking facility. It is owned
by the Grayson County College Foundation. It is located in Texas about 60
miles north of the Dallas - Ft. Worth metroplex. It has tank capacity of
about
35,000 gallons or about 15,000 cases of wine.
This page has 50 photos, so it might take a
while for it to load, especially if you are not on a broadband system.

There is also a walk in cooler/freezer, a crush pad, assorted
bottling equipment, an alarm system with a back up power supply and all sorts of other items too numerous to mention. It is a
very safe and a very well equipped winery.
